Aircraft and Aerospace Component Cleaning

A new approach to the cleaning of Aircraft and Aerospace components. An aqueous cleaning chemical that is Aerospace approved, material safe, low foaming, corrosion tested, biodegradable and separator friendly!

KEY PROPERTIES

Sobo LFA is a degreasing fluid that quickly removes lubricants, metal working fluids and grinding debris from machined components. It is a quick break chemical that will not emulsify and offers no hazard to painted surfaces, acrylics, non-ferrous metals and soft sealants. Aerospace approved Sobo LFA produces significantly low foam at operating temperatures between ambient and 80°C and at pressures in excess of 10 Bar.

APPLICATION

Dose at between 2 − 5% depending upon the degree of soiling, and the level of corrosion inhibition required. Suitable for use in Tunnel wash and spray wash systems. Sobo LFA does not require the use of an additional Anti Foam.

Dilutions below 1:1 are not classified as hazardous.
