Offshore Approved Cleaning Solvent

A low hazard profile, precision cleaner that can be used safely on engineering components, drill floors, electrical motors and PCB’s. Approved for use offshore under HOCNS.

KEY PROPERTIES

A rapid drying solvent which leaves no residue. Suitable for immersion, spray, wipe ultrasonic or bench top cleaning.

Suitable for pre-cleaning treatment of heavily soiled items subject to aqueous cleaning.

Lemsolv Gold has a flash point above 70°C, has a low hazard profile and low environmental impact.

Contains no emulsifiers, making it “separator friendly” for aqueous effluent treatment.

APPLICATION

Use a low volume contact pre-treatment for heavily soiled drill floor components prior to use of aqueous rigwashes. Dispose via closed drain system in this application.
Can also be used to soften stubborn grease deposits prior to aqueous cleaning.
Excellent for cleaning precision metal or plastic components and electrical components. Do not use on live equipment.
Can be used as supplied in dip tanks, spray machines and ultrasonic baths.
Available in trigger sprays for bench top use.
